No finished design yet? Start with a sketch, a logo or a description. Include the intended use so the material and artwork requirements can be reviewed together.
How do I choose a patch type?
Choose embroidery for raised texture, woven for small lettering, PVC for flexible outdoor applications, and print for gradients. Our material pages explain the trade-offs.
What is the minimum quantity?
The configurator currently starts at 10 pieces. Minimums for the chosen material and design must be confirmed in your final quote.
How is the price calculated?
Material, dimensions, quantity, backing and extras affect the price. The current calculator uses demonstration prices in the site’s currency; shipping is itemised and taxes or import charges are not calculated.
Can I review a sample first?
You can request a pre-production sample photo in the configurator. Sample availability, cost and timing need confirmation with your quote.
Where will my order ship from?
Patches are produced and dispatched from China. Production and transit are separate stages; the final quote should confirm the delivery estimate and who pays any import charges.
What if there is a quality issue?
Keep your order reference and clear photos of the issue. Compare the result with the approved specification and contact the seller for a review. The remedy and any return arrangements must be agreed before ordering.
